Order Processing
All Raw Fleuris orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Because many of our products are made in small batches, processing times may vary slightly during high-demand periods.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Order weight
- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping method
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Domestic Shipping
- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after shipment
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
International Shipping
- International shipping times vary by destination
- Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country
- Raw Fleuris is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Raw Fleuris is not responsible for:
- Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Packages returned due to address errors
Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered, Raw Fleuris is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
We are happy to assist with claims when possible.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
We will review and determine a replacement or resolution.
